Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a section of the kitchen.
- Execute dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock levels for your section and assist with ordering and rotation.
- Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
