Job Overview
Our clients are currently recruiting for a number of drivers positions based at both their sites in Rigside and Coatbridge as they expand their team including:
- Concrete Mixer Drivers (£14.48 per hour)
- Tipper Drivers (£13.27 per hour)
- Artic Drivers (£13.48 per hour)
- Block Drivers (£14.48 per hour)
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Reporting to the Transport Manager you will be driving vehicles to various sites across the central belt to deliver loads in a timely and efficient manner.
- You will have a safe and efficient approach to driving, with the ability to ensure that your vehicle is kept in good condition.
- You will also be required to complete daily safety checks and report any vehicle defects to the Transport Department.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience etc
- Must have had experience on a mixer truck if applying for Mixer Driver role.
- Understanding of safe working practices
- Willing to adhere to health & safety regulations.
- We require candidate to be able to work flexibly, as although the role is Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, regular overtime work is a requirement due to the nature of the business. Weekend work is also available during busier periods.
Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required
- You must have a valid category C driver’s licence or C+E licence.
- You should have no more than 6 points on your licence
