Job Overview: Telecoms, utilities and civil engineering company involved in the exciting and very busy Fibre/Telecoms sector which is continually growing and expanding at a rapid rate. As a result, they are seeking an Office Admin Assistant who will provide project support and perform coordination duties associated with the objectives and tasks of the Project Management team. This work will involve work across several fibre network rollout projects and customers, as appropriate. Working 40 hours per week 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out general office duties, including answering calls, managing emails and data entry.
- File, sort, and maintain paper and electronic documentation in line with company procedures.
- Support accurate record keeping, ensuring project and operational records are kept up to date and easily accessible.
- Assist the project management team with administrative tasks, including document preparation, updating trackers, and managing correspondence.
- Help maintain project files, registers, and logs as required by the business.
- Support the coordination of meetings, including preparing documents and taking notes where required.
- Ensure confidential information is always handled appropriately.
Working closely with the general manager.

Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required:
