We are a long established and market leading specialist electrical jointing and accessory distributor in the UK. We are committed to providing and delivering an unrivalled and quality service to all customers. This is a varied role which will provide support for the Internal Sales Team. The successful candidate will have good telephone skills and a keen eye for detail. Full training will be given.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting the Internal Sales Team
- Answering the telephone
- Filing
- Training to use the company’s CRM system
- Learning and keeping up to date with the company’s products and service offering
- General office duties and assisting the team where necessary
- Any duties/tasks as requested by your line manager or a Director
Employer Expectations
- Previous experience of working in Customer Services (Retail, Call Centre etc…) is highly desirable
- Good understanding of Microsoft Applications
- Good general IT Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good written and telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Positive customer focused approach
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Effective team worker
- Ability to work unsupervised
