As a Crew Member, you’ll make it happen, whether you’re preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers’ needs.

You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant:

As a Customer Care Crew Member, you will engage with customers and maintain cleanliness standards in the restaurant’s dining area. This includes dining area bins and toilets as well as other tasks assigned by management. Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential. Quite simply, you’ll be working in our fast-moving, high-energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, explaining the menu, answering questions, and anticipating guest needs.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Keeping the lobby, tables, and floor tidy, and clearing trays to ensure the area is ready for the next guest.
  • Cleaning Standards: Regularly monitoring and cleaning customer toilets and other high-traffic areas.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and quickly fixing issues that may affect the customer’s experience.

In this role, your time is split between hospitality and restaurant maintenance.

Skills Needed: You should be confident, friendly, and naturally helpful. No specific prior experience is usually required as training is provided.

Flexibility: Positions are available Full Time and Part Time, with options for guaranteed minimum hours or flexible shifts that suit students or school leavers.
