Job Overview
To provide administrative support to the business
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Assisting in the administration of all office-based systems.
- Developing and maintaining marketing procedures. Including but not limited to AI, Mailchimp, social media.
- Logging and reviewing client enquiries.
- Development of Policies and Procedures
- Ensuring paperwork is prepared for operational activities.
- Assisting in production of quotations
- Loggin Enquiries onto CMR System and following up on enquiries.
- Assisting with the planning of resources for the week ahead

- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- Self-starter who can work on own initiative
- Experience using Quick Books (or other accounting software)
Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required
- Full clean driving licence
- Previous experience in an admin / office role is essential
