Job Overview: 35-year-old historically successful Building Contractors based in Coatbridge are looking to recruit a Site Manager to schedule and supervise staff, fostering high morale and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Working full time – hours to be confirmed.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operational Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve performance metrics (KPIs).
- Resource & Inventory Management: Oversee supply chains, manage stock levels, and coordinate resources, including raw materials and technology.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products/services meet quality standards and ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards. Keeping accurate records for the project; site diaries; weekly reports to the Contracts Manager. Keep photographic records of site operations at the various stages. Maintain and track deliveries when required, ensuring materials are deployed properly and in a safe manner. Liaise with the client and their representatives at regular intervals during the project to complete all snagging works and hand overs.
