Our clients are currently recruiting for a number of drivers positions based at both their sites in Rigside and Coatbridge as they expand their team including:
- Concrete Mixer Drivers (£14.48 per hour)
- Tipper Drivers (£13.27 per hour)
- Artic Drivers (£13.48 per hour)
- Block Drivers (£14.48 per hour)
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
Reporting to the Transport Manager you will be driving vehicles to various sites across the central belt to deliver loads in a timely and efficient manner. You will have a safe and efficient approach to driving, with the ability to ensure that your vehicle is kept in good condition. You will also be required to complete daily safety checks and report any vehicle defects to the Transport Department.

- Must have had experience on a mixer truck if applying for Mixer Driver role.
- Understanding of safe working practices
- Willing to adhere to health & safety regulations.
- We require candidates to be able to work flexibly, as although the role is Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, regular overtime work is a requirement due to the nature of the business. Weekend work is also available during busier periods.
Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required
You must have a valid category C driver’s licence or C+E licence. You should have no more than 6 points on your licence.
