Job Overview

Property service company based in Coatbridge are looking for a Janitorial Cleaner to join their team and ensure a safe, spotless environment for staff and visitors.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Key Tasks

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Sanitise and disinfect surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the relevant authority.
• Clean staff welfare facilities and offices, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.

Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience

• At least one year cleaning experience (essential).
• Ability to cover holidays and sickness when required.
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail.

Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required
