Hours: 16 – 20hrs 9am until 12pm Monday to Friday or 1pm until 5pm Tuesday to Friday

Job Overview

The Business Advisor will support the growth of the organisation by managing a mix of inbound and outbound communication with business customers. This is a varied role with strong long‑term progression potential and is offered on a temp‑to‑perm basis. Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inbound & outbound calls — responding to enquiries, conducting follow‑ups, and proactively reaching out to potential clients.
  • Cold calling — introducing the business to new prospects and booking qualified appointments.
  • Quote preparation — generating accurate pricing and proposal documents.
  • Contract processing — ensuring all agreements are completed, checked, and submitted correctly.
  • Supplier liaison — coordinating with supply partners to track orders, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
  • General administration — maintaining records, updating CRM systems, and supporting daily operations.
