Our Kitchen Porters are an important part of our kitchen teams, working with the Head Chef, Kitchen and Front of House teams to deliver clean kitchens and great hospitality to our guests and the team. The KP’s are passionate about cleanliness and supporting the team to deliver great plates of food, with responsibility for all aspects of their station to deliver a high standard of cleanliness across the whole kitchen.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Be an engaged and motivated member of the team.
- Deliver consistent standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
- Washing dishes.
- Helping with food preparation.
- Deep cleaning equipment.
- Ensure hygiene standards are kept to a high level.

- They are not someone who doesn’t want to be engaged with the wider team at both venue and group level.
Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required
Preferably have a level 2 in food hygiene and experience of all current legislation although this is not the most important requirement for us.
