Job Overview: Public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit 2 x Account Support Administrators for 6-8 month contracts on a rate of £17.09/hour (PAYE). These roles will be hybrid based with two days in the office per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficient back of house services working across enabling functions.
- Working within a payment processing environment.
- Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders across a variety of tasks.
- Providing efficient, effective and proactive support to a team.
- Proactive diary and inbox management and travel booking.
- Organising and preparing meetings and events, prioritising tasks and coordinating activity.
- Monitoring and managing all mailboxes for operator enquiries and receipt of manual claims as well as other ad-hoc duties.
