About The Role
This is a Live In Care position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with medication management
- Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Working solo or as part of a 2‐person team
- Supporting with a variety of different care requirements
