About the Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will be the most important part in the success of this new business, visiting clients with a wide range of care needs, always delivering care with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. You will travel between clients' homes throughout your shift, providing person‑centred care that supports comfort, wellbeing, and independence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality personal care in clients' homes
- Supporting with medication and accurate documentation
- Assisting with meal preparation and hydration
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Working independently or within a paired team where required
- Travelling between clients throughout your shift
- Delivering care tailored to individual needs, preferences, and goals
