About the role
You'll provide 1-2-1 specialist care to a young boy with Cerebral Palsy in his own home. You'll support with personal care, movement, positioning, and daily living.
What you need
- Right to work in the UK without employer support
- Car driver with access to a vehicle, or local to Farndon
- At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK
- Reliable and committed to delivering safe, compassionate care
- Willingness to complete specialist training
- Experience with complex physical care or moving and handling
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
What we offer
- £17.90 per hour (includes holiday pay)
- Dedicated clinical support and on-call team available 24/7
- No agency staff - you'll work alongside employed Routes care workers only
