Routes Healthcare is seeking a Regional Recruiter — Field-Based, Northern England who will land in new towns, map local hiring, and build a recruitment pipeline from scratch.

You will visit service areas, understand the market, and craft geography-specific strategies while travelling regularly.

You will engage with Jobcentre Plus, colleges and training providers, run attraction campaigns, and hand applicants to central teams for screening.

The role is full-time and offers a competitive package.
