Routes Healthcare is building a specialist regional team to deliver complex care support across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, and surrounding West Yorkshire. This isn’t a typical care role - you’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team providing expert pop-in support to clients with complex needs across multiple locations.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Have at least 6 months paid UK care experience (complex care background ideal)
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car
  • Are comfortable with clinical procedures - tracheostomy, suction, nebulisers, or spinal injury care (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Thrive on variety and can adapt quickly to different environments
  • Want to be part of a team, not working alone on single packages
  • Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
