About the Role: This is a homecare position - you'll be travelling to clients' homes throughout the day to provide person-centered care and support.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with medication management
- Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Working solo or as part of a 2-person team depending on client needs
- Supporting clients with a variety of different care requirements
- Travelling between client visits throughout your shift
