Shifts: Part time position 2 PM-5 PM, 3 hrs daily, 7 days a week

Routes Healthcare is building a specialist Regional Complex Care Team supporting clients across North East. This is not standard domiciliary care. You'll use advanced clinical skills daily while working as part of a dedicated specialist team.
The Role:
