  • CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience in a senior HR role.
  • A proven track record in HR management, ideally within healthcare or social care.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters with diplomacy and discretion.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A master's degree in HR or Organisational Psychology would be a big bonus.
  • Overseeing daily HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and policy implementation.
  • Supporting the performance management process, including appraisals and development planning.
  • Identifying training needs and implementing targeted development programmes.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law, sponsorship regulations, and industry standards.
  • Supporting the development of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
