You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Head of HR to lead the Human Resources function — championing employee relations, compliance, and the development of our incredible internal workforce.

If you're interested in joining Routes as an HR Manager, here's what we're looking for from you:
- CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience in a senior HR role
- A proven track record in HR management, ideally within healthcare or social care
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters with diplomacy and discretion
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A master's degree in HR or Organisational Psychology would be a big bonus
- Overseeing daily HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and policy implementation
- Supporting the performance management process, including appraisals and development planning
- Identifying training needs and implementing targeted development programmes
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment law, sponsorship regulations, and industry standards
- Supporting the development of competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Mentoring and developing the HR team to deliver a high-quality service
