Your core role will include:
- Overseeing the recruitment process, screening candidates, booking interviews, and implementing strong candidate rapport.
- Reviewing current requirements and ensuring recruitment activity is directed according to the appropriate job opening.
- Managing recruitment calendars to ensure candidates are interviewed in a timely manner.
- Meeting recruitment KPI's as set by the Head Of Recruitment.
- Prompt use of numerous databases, job boards, our company website and social media to attract and communicate with care candidates.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the hub network to understand their resourcing requirements.
- Management of the in-house applicant tracking system ensuring this is effectively used and fully up to date.
- Ensuring candidates have all the required information to see them complete the recruitment cycle in a timely manner.
- Thoroughly checking ID that has been provided to meet criteria for DBS check.
