Your typical day to day will include:

  • Management of complex care packages, both clinically and holistically.
  • Developing, reviewing and implementing care plans and risk assessments.
  • Managing the clinical training needs of the care team, maintaining an appropriate skill mix to ensure safe and effective clinical practice.
  • Engaging in networking, attending MDT meetings and working with clinical commissioning groups.
  • New and ongoing competency assessments with the care staff team.
  • Care package review.
  • Auditing of client notes and medication records.
