Days & Nights | 12-hour shifts | £16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

Routes Healthcare is recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client returning home to Morecambe. This is a brand new package and we need skilled, clinically capable care professionals to be part of it from day one.

New to Kendal — not new to care. You might not know our name in this area yet, but Routes Healthcare has been delivering high-quality homecare and complex care across the North of England since 2009. We're an established, CQC-registered provider bringing that same experience and clinical standard to Kendal.

  • Complex clinical care interventions
  • Mobility, positioning, and personal care
  • £16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
  • Guaranteed hours available, confirmed on successful completion of a 3-month probation period
  • DBS paid for by Routes
  • Travel to and from training covered
  • Full-time hours available
