Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1-to-1 care in a client's home. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and complex health needs, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect

Requirements

  • Essential: Minimum 6 months UK care experience
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
  • Experience with challenging behaviour and non-verbal clients
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional

Desirable

  • Experience in complex care
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
