Your typical duties may include:
- Direct delivery of care to children with complex needs
- Clinical interventions including:
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Ventilation (invasive and non-invasive)
- PEG feeding and enteral nutrition
- Oxygen therapy and airway management
- Medication administration
- Manual handling and repositioning
What we're looking for:
- Registered Children's Nurse (RCN) with valid NMC pin
- Experience in tracheostomy and ventilation care is essential
- Confident with PEG feeding, oxygen therapy and complex medication administration
- Community care experience desirable, but not essential
- A calm, compassionate presence with a commitment to high standards of care
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends or nights if available
- A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
