Registered Manager Denton (covering Manchester and Tameside)

Ready to lead an established homecare service with real scale? We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Denton hub, delivering homecare across Manchester and Tameside. We need someone who has already managed a busy domiciliary care service, knows what quality looks like on the ground, and can lead a team across a wide geographic patch without losing grip on the detail.
Leading day-to-day homecare operations across Manchester and Tameside, managing commissioned care contracts and their KPIs, developing your team, and maintaining CQC compliance across a large, busy patch. You'll manage budgets, own service performance, and build strong relationships with commissioners, service users, and families.
- Proven Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care — essential
- Experience managing commissioned or local authority homecare contracts
- Confident managing care packages at scale across a wide area
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Solid understanding of CQC standards in a domiciliary setting
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Commercial awareness — you'll own budgets and performance
