We're looking for a Business Development Manager to grow Routes Healthcare's referral pipeline across the North of England, turning relationships into commissioned care packages. Field-based, covering the North West and West Yorkshire, with regular travel to our Rochdale HQ.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in one or both of the following: NHS & LA commissioning — BD, account management, or commissioning experience within the NHS, LA, or social care; working knowledge of ICBs, Section 75, or NHS CHC frameworks
  • Private case management — track record winning business from case managers or the medico-legal sector; existing network within the UK case management community
  • A confident communicator with a track record of hitting referral or revenue targets
