Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is seeking a Care Assistant – Driver with Own Vehicle to travel between clients’ homes across Kirklees North and surrounding areas, delivering person-centred homecare. The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a car, with flexible full-time or part-time hours between 7am and 10pm.
You will visit vulnerable and palliative clients, assist with daily living activities, support with medications, and ensure safe, compassionate care in clients’ homes.
