The role
As a Moderation Associate you will be responsible for assessing incoming music releases for the quality of their assets and metadata, ensuring industry content styles and standards are upheld and that intellectual property rights are protected. You will play a vital role in maintaining RouteNote's reputation as a trustworthy and compliant distributor whilst ensuring our customer's content is delivered expediently.

We are looking for a friendly, confident and candidate who will bring passion and positivity to the team, capable of undertaking a demanding and structured, yet rewarding workload. Our ideal Moderation Associate will have/be:
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate closely with others.
- Able to multitask and hit targets in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent communicator. We prefer a casual and friendly tone, whilst remaining informative and professional.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills.
Requirements
- Computer literacy, proficient with Windows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- MS Office and Google Drive knowledge and experience.
