As part of our Internal Sales team, you’ll play a key role in delivering fast, friendly and knowledgeable support — helping customers with enquiries, quotes and orders across phone, email and digital channels. You’ll work closely with External Sales and Technical colleagues, making sure every customer receives a smooth and professional experience.

What you’ll be doing:
- Promote, sell and advise customers on suitable products and services, using commercial awareness to help the branch meet its KPIs.
- Communicate confidently with new and existing customers by phone, email and face to face.
- Support customers with orders and enquiries, providing clear information and excellent service.
- Produce quotes, process orders and ensure accuracy throughout the customer journey.
- Build strong customer relationships while showing initiative, self-motivation, teamwork and attention to detail.
What do you need to bring to Routeco?
- GCSEs, or equivalent, in Maths and English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when assisting customers.
