Client Side Senior Project Manager - Somerset - World Class Projects in London

We are currently shortlisting for Design and Build Project Management professionals who would be interested in once in a lifetime opportunity to work as a client side Project Manager on one of the most unique client side design and construction mixed use portfolios in Somerset. My client own over 1000 acres and have a unmatched portfolio of construction projects to excite and challenge every construction professional. Aside from working in a beautiful environment on a envious portfolio this opportunity gives someone the chance to put real passion into projects and experience which few other roles can offer. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for super exciting and complex building projects and have experience in delivering unique projects previously, we would welcome Project Managers who have worked previously Client Side, or equally from a Consultancy or Main Contracting environment. No two days are the same and each project is delivered to the highest standard to create a lasting legacy, in return you will be working with some of the most talented and forward thinking stakeholders who are creating the most unique environment for project managers to work in. Contract experience working with JCT and NEC is highly desirable as the client portfolio is varied with values between £5m and £100m across an extensive design and build portfolio. Salary is flexible dependant on experience and qualifications and an excellent and comprehensive benefits package is offered to all staff also.
