The predicted salary is between 14.4 - 14.4 £ per hour.
We are recruiting for a 7.5T Delivery Driver on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis.
Salary: £14.40ph
Working Hours:
- 4 days worked over a 6-day operating week
- Saturday working required, with drivers working at least 2 out of every 3 Saturdays
- 5 days off every 3 weeks
- Start time: 06:30
- Finish time: 18:15
The Role:
- Multi-drop deliveries, averaging 10-15 drops per day
- Loading, unloading, and delivering goods safely and efficiently
- Completing daily vehicle checks and adhering to all drivers' hours regulations
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Valid Category C1 (7.5T) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- Licence check completed on-site before employment
- Physically fit and comfortable with a demanding role involving manual handling
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
This is a physically demanding position, so candidates must be aware of the workload and comfortable carrying out regular manual handling duties. Successful agency workers will have the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.
