You’re a natural leader with proven retail management experience and a strong understanding of streetwear and skateboarding culture. You thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and know how to get the best out of your team. The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for running all aspects of the store, ensuring it operates smoothly and meets key performance goals. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a motivated, high-performing in-store team
- Driving sales and ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience every day
- Managing rotas, staffing budgets, and recruitment needs
- Overseeing cash handling, banking, and store operations
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies
- Managing and growing the store’s social media presence
- Acting as a key point of contact between head office and your team
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week (including weekends)
