About the Role
- Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously.
- Check on customers during their visit to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries or concerns professionally.
- Food & Beverage Service
- Prepare tables and dining areas before service.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between customers.
- Follow food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Support kitchen staff by communicating orders clearly and accurately.
- Cash Handling & Payments
- Operate the till and process payments (cash, card, fuel cards where applicable).
- Ensure accurate billing and handle transactions responsibly.
- Cleanliness & Organisation
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Replenish condiments, cutlery, and supplies throughout shifts.
- Teamwork & Support
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy peak times.
- Support colleagues across different duties as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
