About the Role As a Truck Assistant, you will: - Deliver a quality truck cleaning service, ensuring all aspects of the vehicle are cleaned to a good standard. - Clean and valet a wide variety of trucks and trailers, depending on the customers request. - Maintain equipment before and after every use. - Liaise with customers and ensure company standards are maintained. - Ensure Health and Safety risk assessments are followed. Essential Skills and Qualifications - The ability to stay calm under pressure, work efficiently to deadlines, and keep a positive attitude. - Good customer service skills, with experience working in a customer facing role. - A confident, polite, and team-oriented approach - someone who lifts others up and gets stuck in. - Someone who's flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
