We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Kitchen Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

About the Role

  • Carrying out deep cleaning of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, work surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and extraction systems.
  • Washing, sanitising, and storing all crockery, utensils, and kitchen tools to a high standard.
  • Ensuring all cleaning chemicals are used correctly and stored in line with COSHH regulations.
  • Emptying bins, handling waste disposal, and ensuring proper recycling procedures are followed.
  • Cleaning grease traps, drains, and other high-risk hygiene areas regularly.
  • Completing cleaning schedules and checklists accurately and on time.
  • Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or equipment faults.
  • Maintaining strict health and safety standards.
