Finance Director

Description of the role:

Join Route 128 Honda in Reading, Massachusetts as a Finance Director. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team. As an F&I Director, you will be responsible for orchestrating the financing process with customers to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. Locally owned and operated and Presidents award Winner. Also a 4.8 google dealer with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service during the financing process for you and the finance team.
2. Present and train financing options and products to customers.
3. Oversee all aspects of financing transactions including funding and registration.
4. Maintain compliance with all financing regulations and the FTC.
5. Work closely with finance team to ensure a smooth transaction process for the clients.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in automotive financing.
2. Strong knowledge of financing regulations along with leasing and all types of lending.
3. Ability to have 6 day funding.
4. E-contracting a must.
5. Interview and Menu process a must.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
