Experienced F&I Manager Needed for High Volume Honda Store

Description of the role: Join Route 128 Honda in Reading, Massachusetts as an F&I Manager. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team. As an F&I Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the financing process with customers to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service during the financing process. Present and explain financing options and products to customers. Oversee all aspects of financing transactions including funding and registration. Maintain compliance with all financing regulations and the FTC. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transaction process for the clients. Requirements: Prior experience in automotive financing. Strong knowledge of financing regulations along with leasing and all types of lending. Ability to have 6-day funding. E-contracting is a must. Interview and Menu process is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
