We are seeking a Supplier and Contracts Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier and commercial contracts across the business. This role focuses on supplier agreements, customer commercial contracts, and contractual risk management, working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and external suppliers. The role is hands-on and commercially focused, with responsibility for drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, as well as supporting supplier onboarding and ongoing supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Contracts Management
    • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including: Supplier and Reseller Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Terms and Conditions, Amendments, Variations, and Statements of Work, Contract Change requests, Terminations, Government Framework Agreements.
    • Ensure contracts are commercially balanced, legally robust, and aligned with company risk appetite.
    • Maintain accurate contract records, key terms, and renewal dates within the contract management system.
  • Supplier Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with suppliers and technology partners.
    • Support supplier onboarding by reviewing contractual, commercial, and compliance requirements.
    • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure supplier contracts align with operational, financial, and compliance needs.
    • Support supply chain assurance for major programmes.
  • Stakeholder Support
    • Provide clear, practical contractual advice to Sales and wider business teams.
    • Support bid and sales activity by reviewing commercial contract terms and highlighting risks and dependencies.
    • Support responses to customer and supplier questionnaires relating to contractual and commercial matters.
    • Support customer information requests such as cyber and data.
