Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers for Route 101.
- Identify a client’s customer contact/engagement operating model and articulate tangible business benefits of deploying our cloud‑based SaaS solutions.
- Participate in sales presentations and major bids, both remotely and in person.
- Own and develop a range of ROI/Business Case models, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in building costing, pricing and ROI schedules aligned to customer requirements.
- Support the deployment of solutions and revisit business cases to confirm realized benefits.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Implementation and Customer Success teams to measure and maximize the value of the Route 101 solution.

- Strong financial modelling foundation with the ability to craft compelling business cases.

- Experience interpreting data from various sources to drive business change and identify cost reductions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize own tasks as required.
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and video‑conferencing tools.
- Experience documenting business processes, identifying current costs and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to conduct continued analysis of business and operational performance to assess benefit realization and uncover new improvement areas.
- Experience creating and optimizing templates/resources for data capture, calculation and presentation (e.g., ROI calculators).
- Good general education level in English, Maths and IT; degree level desirable or equivalent workplace experience requiring a highly analytical approach.
- Travel may be required at times during the contract lifecycle, including overnight stays.
