We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Bradford. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering stability and long-term progression for the right candidate.
The Role:
You will be responsible for supervising a small production team, ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and motivating a small team of production operatives
- Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved
