We’re recruiting for an Account Executive / Merchandising Coordinator to support key client accounts, working closely with senior stakeholders and global partners. This is a varied role offering real ownership, development, and progression.
The Role
- Personally manage allocated accounts alongside Key Account Manager(s)
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients (brand owners, retailers) and customers (garment manufacturers)
- Provide administrative and operational support to Senior Account Managers
- Attend development and design meetings where required
- Work collaboratively within a team while using your own initiative
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Manage specifications, design, and sampling
- Prepare and update costing and development sheets
Product Management
- Inventory planning and monitoring
- Oversee logistics and system setup
Pricing
- Negotiate cost prices alongside Key Account Managers
Customer & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Process and monitor customer orders
- Manage and maintain the Web Order System (admin, training, and customer support)
About You
- Experience in a Merchandiser, Buyer, or similar commercial role
- Highly organised with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Confident decision-maker who can work under pressure
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, driven, and committed to delivering high levels of customer service
