About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a skilled Edgebander Operator with hands-on experience operating HOMAG machinery to join a well-established and growing manufacturing team in Huddersfield (HD5). You’ll be working with high-quality materials, producing precision components for the furniture and joinery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate HOMAG edgebander machinery
- Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
- Monitor production for accuracy and quality
- Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks
- Work as part of a small but efficient production team
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating HOMAG or similar CNC edgebanding machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
- Experience in a woodworking or joinery environment preferred
