Overview: Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality furniture, are currently seeking Furniture Assemblers to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in furniture assembly or working in a production environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assemble furniture units according to specifications
  • Use a range of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Follow assembly instructions to ensure precise assembly
  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
  • Report any deviations or issues in the assembly process to team leaders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
  • Work independently and alongside team members to meet daily production targets
  • Follow all site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in furniture assembly is highly desirable
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering or technical drawings
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and related assembly equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
