Composite Quality Engineer

Who Our client is one of the UK’s most accredited and trusted composite manufacturers, providing complete engineering solutions to it’s clients across sectors such as Motorsport, F1, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence and R&D. What In order to support our client’s ongoing and new defence and F1 projects, we are looking for an experienced Composite Quality Engineer to join the team on a full time basis This Quality Engineer role will be pivotal in driving the up-front quality planning of customer products, ensuring they meet all requirements and standards. You will have full ownership of the NCR process, leading quality improvement initiatives, and overseeing root cause analysis and corrective actions. In addition, you will spearhead cross-functional improvement efforts, demonstrating strong control over all aspects of quality management. Your leadership will involve close collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Customers, ensuring that up-front quality planning, customer requirements, and manufacturing challenges are effectively managed in alignment with QA procedures. This is where you come in The ideal candidate: – * At least 5 years recent experience in a similar composite role * A good understanding of the Hexagon/Romer and/or Faro arm * Good understanding of Pre Preg Laminating & Trimming processes * Composite experience from F1, Motorsport, Automotive and/or Aerospace sectors. * Srong understanding of the NCR process Schedule * Monday to Friday * 8am – 5pm Great team, immediate start and excellent facility!
