PROPERTY ASSET MANAGER – CENTRAL LONDON (SE1)
£33,000–£36,000 + 10% commission | OTE £37,000–£38,000

We’re recruiting an experienced Property Asset Manager to join a successful international property investment and management company based in Central London (SE1) .
The company works with major UK developers and manages property investments for a substantial portfolio of private landlords in the UK and overseas, including a significant client base across Asia.
The role
You’ll take responsibility for your own portfolio of approximately 110–220 residential units , managing the day-to-day AST property management process and ensuring landlords and tenants receive a professional and responsive service.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing maintenance and contractor issues
• Arranging property visits and periodic inspections
• Coordinating move-ins and check-outs
• Organising Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs and PAT testing
• Preparing and issuing relevant Section notices
• Registering deposits with the Deposit Protection Scheme
• Booking inventories
• Processing maintenance invoices and landlord payments
• Handling landlord and tenant property management enquiries
• Maintaining accurate property and compliance records
What we're looking for
✅ Minimum 1 year's Property Management experience
✅ Good working knowledge of AST property management
✅ Fluent Mandarin OR Cantonese – essential
✅ Strong organisational and workload-management skills
✅ Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
✅ Good computer literacy and ideally experience using property management software
✅ ARLA qualification advantageous but not essential
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Occasional Saturday/out-of-hours calls may be required.
£33,000–£36,000 basic + 10% commission
OTE £37,000–£38,000
