We’re on a mission to raise the creative potential of the UK so we give young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of incredible moments that go down in history.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a demonstrable track record of advancing and delivering events to the highest technical standards within a multidisciplinary live arts, music or events environment. As a core member of the Production team, the role is responsible for providing production and client management across the Roundhouse's Commercial Music & Events programme, while also supporting the artistic programme and Roundhouse-produced events. The Production Manager will work closely with the Music, Events, Producing and Young People & Engagement teams to plan, coordinate and deliver a diverse programme of activity in the Main Space and across the wider venue.

The role is responsible for ensuring that events are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest production standards, while providing an exceptional client experience. Subject to departmental capacity, the role will also work alongside other members of the Production team to deliver key Roundhouse-produced projects, including the Roundhouse Gala, Three Sixty Festival and other elements of the artistic programme. Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

About you: The successful candidate should have significant experience of Production Management within a multi art form venue delivering commercial gigs and events as well as on large scale productions and festivals including corporate or private events, theatre and other multi discipline performances and events. We welcome applications from people who feel they can bring their own skills, experiences and ideas to the table and empower those around them to do the same. We encourage those currently underrepresented across the cultural sector and all intersections of our diverse society to apply.
