The Role
The Food & Beverage Supervisors support the Food & Beverage team by supervising specific bars and leading a team of Food & Beverage Bartenders.
The primary focuses will be ensuring the highest level of customer service is met, assisting with training of staff, maintaining excellent and consistent product delivery and product knowledge, driving revenue, and ensuring that Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Licensing standards are always maintained.
The role works closely with The Food & Beverage management team as well as other Roundhouse operational teams. Food & Beverage Supervisors are pinnacle in helping the operational needs across the organisation. We are looking for detailed orientated individuals, who want to work with the F&B Management team and current F&B Supervisors to further enhance our food & beverage offering.
The position requires flexible working hours and working evenings and weekends as required.

We are looking for proactive, adaptable and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisors with great communication and supervisory skills, a commitment to promoting excellent customer service, and a strong attention to detail to maintain high standards both back and front of house.

Contract Details
Contract: Fixed Term/Annualised Hours (187.5) (6-month contract)
Hours: 215 hours (Made up of 187.5 working hours, and 27.5 hours annual leave. Equivalent to 430 hours for a full year)
Salary: £6,656.79 per annum (£28,175.24 FTE salary)

Hours: 290 hours (Made up of 253 working hours, and 37 hours annual leave. Equivalent to 580 hours for a full year )
Salary: £8,978.92 per annum (£28,175.24 FTE salary)
