The Diary & Planning Administrator is responsible for maintaining the Roundhouse’s main space diary, booking systems, and associated databases on behalf of the Music Team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the main space diary, booking systems, and associated databases on behalf of the Music Team.
  • Work closely with Music, Events, Artistic Programme and Technical & Production teams to ensure effective scheduling and accurate record‑keeping.
  • Coordinate cross‑departmental diary planning, distribute updates and act as a central point of communication for diary activity.
  • Inform senior managers of diary options and external promoters of hold status.
  • Ensure weekend and evening work as required.
Qualifications
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong digital proficiency in CRM/database systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows, priorities and deadlines accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion with high standards of record‑keeping.
  • Passion for music & culture and commitment to putting young people at the centre of work.
  • Must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one.
Contract & Compensation
  • Contract: 6 months fixed‑term contract.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks).
  • Salary: £29,299.46 per annum.

  • Interviews: First stage 10 June online, second stage 17 June in‑person.
